WorkApproved is built and supported in New Zealand.

## Questions

**What counts as an organisation?** One Xero organisation connected to WorkApproved. Everyone who approves in it is included.

**Do approvers need to pay or have a Xero login?** No. Approvers decide from a link in an email. There is no per-approver charge.

**Is there a limit on bills or approvals?** No plan has a cap on documents or approvals. A fair-use policy is in the terms, and we will talk to you before anything changes.

**What happens after the trial?** The trial lasts 7 days and needs a card. When it ends we start charging for the plan you chose unless you cancel first (Terms 7.4).

**How long are attachments and the audit log kept?** Attachment copies 18 months, audit log 3 years, then deleted. Certificates are attached to the transaction in your Xero organisation and kept while your organisation is on WorkApproved. Everything is deleted 90 days after an account is cancelled; a copy already attached in Xero stays in Xero.
