# Get help or send a correction

For help, or to tell us something on screen is wrong, email hello@workapproved.app.

## Get help

1. Look at the page for your task in the [help index](https://workapproved.app/help).
2. If that does not answer it, email **hello@workapproved.app**. Replies to WorkApproved's emails also reach this address, but nothing in a reply is acted on automatically: replying to an approval email does not approve anything.
3. Tell us:
   - the organisation and what you were doing
   - what you expected, and what happened
   - the supplier and document number, if it is about one bill (please leave out bank details)

Never send your password, a recovery code or an approval link by email.

## Report a security concern

Write to security@workapproved.app.

## Report an error in register information

Register information comes from the New Zealand Business Number Register, run by MBIE. If it looks wrong, tell us at hello@workapproved.app with the supplier's name and what you saw. The error itself is corrected at the register.

## Tell us about a mistake in the wording

If a page, button or email says something wrong, unclear or misspelt, email hello@workapproved.app. Say which page you were on and what it should say.
