Partner pricing

Every client organisation on your account is billed at a discount to the direct price. We tell you the current rate when you enquire, and your firm account shows it on its Billing page. You pay WorkApproved, and you set what your clients pay you. Users are unlimited.

What your firm gets

• A partner console for all your clients. See every client organisation and who in your firm looks after each one. Firm admins see all clients; other staff see the clients they are assigned to.
• Your branding in your clients' emails. Your logo, firm name, accent colour and support contact appear in your clients' app header and at the top and foot of their emails, with "powered by WorkApproved". The certificate and verify page stay WorkApproved-only.
• Longer client trials. Extend an individual client's trial from 7 days to up to 30 days.
• Assign your staff to clients. Staff act under their own logins and appear by name on each client's people page.

Bringing clients on

• Invite a client from the console. It goes on your bill straight away.
• Share your partner link. A client who uses it asks to be billed by you; nothing is added to your bill until you approve it. Meanwhile they have a 7-day trial.

Signing up under your firm gives your firm full access to that client's organisation, and the sign-up says so plainly. A client who wants privacy from its accountant signs up directly. If you stop paying for a client you give notice to the end of the billing period, and service never stops mid-month.
