Questions
What counts as an organisation?
One Xero organisation connected to WorkApproved. Everyone who approves in it is included.
Do approvers need to pay or have a Xero login?
No. Approvers decide from a link in an email. There is no per-approver charge.
Is there a limit on bills or approvals?
No plan has a cap on documents or approvals. A fair-use policy is in the terms, and we will talk to you before anything changes.
What happens after the trial?
The trial lasts 7 days and needs a card. When it ends we start charging for the plan you chose unless you cancel first (Terms 7.4).
How long are attachments and the audit log kept?
Attachment copies 18 months, audit log 3 years, then deleted. Certificates are attached to the transaction in your Xero organisation and kept while your organisation is on WorkApproved. Everything is deleted 90 days after an account is cancelled; a copy already attached in Xero stays in Xero.
